Hustai National Park is a protected grassland reserve in central Mongolia, located west of Ulaanbaatar in an area of rolling степpe, forested hills, and river valleys. The park is best known for the reintroduction of the Przewalski’s horse, known locally as takhi, a wild horse species that had disappeared from Mongolia before conservation programs returned it to the region.

Cruz Bay is the welcoming gateway to St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where vibrant Caribbean life meets rich island history. Stepping off the ferry from nearby St. Thomas, visitors find themselves in a lively waterfront town filled with cafés, bars and boutiques that lead toward sandy streets and shimmering views of the bay. Charyn Canyon National Park is a protected area in southeastern Kazakhstan, east of Almaty, centered on the dramatic Charyn Canyon carved by the Charyn River. The park covers a landscape of deep gorges, dry valleys, cliffs, and semi-desert plains at the edge of the Tian Shan. Charyn Canyon is the park's best-known feature, with layers of sedimentary rock exposed along steep walls shaped by erosion.

Porto Torres is a city in northern Sardinia, situated on the bay of the Gulf of Asinara.
