Matobo Hills is a distinctive granite landscape in southwestern Zimbabwe, about 35 kilometers south of Bulawayo. Rounded domes, balancing boulders, rocky ridges, and wooded valleys form a dense group of hills rising above the surrounding savanna. The landscape is part of a large cultural heritage area that includes Matobo National Park and neighboring communal and privately managed land.

The mausoleum of Lucius Munatius Plancus, an impressive Roman monument, is cylindrical in shape and 13 meters high. The sanctuary of Montagna Spaccata is at Punta della Trinità, where you can see a chasm which is traditionally said to have opened up on the death of Jesus.

Krabi, located on the southwest coast of Thailand, is known for its towering limestone cliffs, warm Andaman waters, and a coastline dotted with over 150 islands. One of its most iconic sites is Railay Beach, which is accessible only by boat due to the cliffs that cut it off from the mainland. Railay is famous among rock climbers for its natural limestone formations, some of which hang directly over the sea.
