Waco is a Central Texas city positioned along the Brazos River between Dallas and Austin. Its identity is closely connected with Baylor University, the Texas Rangers, and the development of the Dr Pepper soft drink, which originated at a Waco drugstore. The city combines an established downtown with residential neighborhoods, museums, riverfront spaces, and a large network of parks.

A religious center since the 4th century, it has numerous churches and religious sites. It is the fourth largest city in France, located in southern France near the border with Andorra.

Jyväskylä is a city in central Finland surrounded by forests, lakes, and rolling hills, with Lake Jyväsjärvi forming a prominent part of its southern edge. It is the regional center of Central Finland and has a strong connection with education, design, and modern Finnish architecture. The city is known internationally for buildings designed by Alvar Aalto, whose work includes the University of Jyväskylä campus and several civic buildings.

Landshut has the epithet "the three helmet city", lead back to the coat of arms of the city, which shows three helmets, like they were worn by the city guards in the middle age. The armours, produced by the so-called "plattners", were known and popular far over the frontiers of Landshut, at that time.
