Koh Rong is a large island in the Gulf of Thailand, off the coast of Sihanoukville in southwestern Cambodia. Anza-Borrego Desert State Park occupies a large area of southeastern California, extending across the Colorado Desert east of San Diego County. It is California’s largest state park and contains a varied desert landscape of broad valleys, badlands, rocky mountains, palm oases, dry washes, and sandy plains. The park takes its name from Spanish explorer Juan Bautista de Anza and the Spanish word for bighorn sheep.

Mangochi is a town in southern Malawi positioned near the point where Lake Malawi narrows into the Shire River. Its location has made it an important centre for trade, fishing, transport, and commerce in the southern lakeshore region. The town has a busy market and provides a useful base for exploring the surrounding lakeshore, river landscapes, and nearby wildlife areas.
