Provincetown
Provincetown is a small coastal town at the northern tip of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, surrounded by the waters of Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Its narrow peninsula is shaped by shifting dunes, sandy beaches, tidal flats, and protected coastal habitats. Commercial Street forms the center of town, lined with galleries, restaurants, shops, guesthouses, and historic buildings.
Payette National Forest
Payette National Forest covers a large area of west-central Idaho, extending across the rugged Salmon River Mountains and the western side of the state’s central mountain country. The forest includes alpine ridges, deep river valleys, conifer forests, meadows, and high mountain lakes.
Kalsoy
Kalsoy is a narrow, mountainous island in the northern Faroe Islands, known for its steep eastern cliffs, deep valleys, and small settlements along the western side. The island is reached by ferry from Klaksvík, and its road passes through several short tunnels as it connects the villages of Húsar, Mikladalur, and Trøllanes. Much of Kalsoy remains open pasture and rugged mountain terrain, with the sea visible from almost every part of the island.
Milos
Milos is one of the most striking islands in the Aegean Sea, known for its otherworldly landscapes, turquoise coves, and centuries-old history.
