Khujand is a major city in northern Tajikistan, situated along the Syr Darya River in the Sughd Region. It is one of Central Asia’s oldest urban centers and was an important stopping point along historic trade routes linking the region with Persia and China. Situated on the north coast of the Snæfellsnes peninsula between a mountain range and the sea is the small town of Grundarfjordur, Iceland. Hot Springs, Arkansas has been drawing visitors for centuries, and it all starts with the water. The city sits atop a natural thermal spring system that produces nearly a million gallons of 143-degree water each day. These springs gave rise to Bathhouse Row, a stretch of eight historic bathhouses within Hot Springs National Park. Some, like the Fordyce Bathhouse, now serve as museums, while others still offer traditional thermal soaks.

Beirut traces its roots back over 5,000 years. Once called Berytus during the Roman era, it grew into a key port of the Mediterranean. Today’s visitors can follow the Beirut Heritage Trail, a 2.5 km walking route marked with bronze medallions, that links archaeological sites, historic courtyards, and restored Ottoman buildings. The path unveils layers of the city's past one block at a time.
