Located approximately 50 miles west of Chester, along the northern Welsh coast, is the beautiful small town of Conwy. In 1283, King Edward I set out to build a series of magnificent castles, of which Conwy was one of the largest. In addition, the town was fortified with walls which still exist today, making this one of the finest surviving fortified medieval towns in the world.

Formerly Mocamedes, this port in southwest Angola has become an important industrial center since a rail line was built in 1905 connecting it with the interior of Angola. In 1967 when iron ore was discovered in Dongo, an additional line was laid and the port was enlarged.

Clarksville, located along the Cumberland River in northwestern Tennessee, is a historic city that blends military heritage, cultural attractions, and scenic natural surroundings. Established in the late 18th century, Clarksville grew as a river trading hub and later became closely linked to Fort Campbell, a major U.S. Army base, which has shaped much of the city’s identity and economy.
