A fishing port and seaside resort in a picturesque location. The old town is dominated by a castle (7th century). The cathedral (1279) is notable for its admirable sculptures and paintings as well as its Arab-Norman bell tower. The mausoleum of Lucius Munatius Plancus, an impressive Roman monument, is cylindrical in shape and 13 meters high. The sanctuary of Montagna Spaccata is at Punta della Trinità, where you can see a chasm which is traditionally said to have opened up on the death of Jesus.
Kumai is an Indonesian port city, at the southern end of the island of Borneo. Its main tourist draws include the Patih Mamband waterfall, a popular area for diving and fishing; several white sand beaches; and the Tanjung Puting National Park, best known for its wildlife. The capital of Texas, Austin is located in the south-central area. It was named the capital of the Republic of Texas in 1839. The main campus of the University of Texas is located here, founded in 1881.

Plymouth is a town in southeastern Massachusetts, on Plymouth Bay, about 55 km (34 mi) southeast of Boston. The seat of Plymouth County, it was the site of the first permanent European settlement in New England; it is now a fishing and tourist center with ship-related industries and cranberry-packing houses. Plymouth Rock, a tourist attraction, is on the shore under a granite canopy; recreations of Plimoth Plantation and the Mayflower are also there. The pilgrims founded Plymouth on Dec. 21, 1620, establishing a settlement that became the seat of Plymouth Colony in 1633 and a part of Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1691.
