Cape Le Grand National Park
Cape Le Grand National Park lies on the south coast of Western Australia, east of Esperance, where granite peaks, coastal heath, freshwater pools, and white sandy beaches meet the Recherche Archipelago. The park is best known for Lucky Bay, where exceptionally white sand curves around clear turquoise water and kangaroos are often seen resting near the shoreline. Its remote coastal setting also supports a range of outdoor activities, including swimming, fishing, camping, kayaking, and bushwalking
Marbella
Marbella, located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Blanca mountains, is often associated with its luxury resorts and famous marina, Puerto Banús. But beyond the polished storefronts and designer yachts, the city has a layered past. Its old town, known as Casco Antiguo, is a well-preserved network of narrow streets built during Moorish rule, with whitewashed buildings, flower-filled balconies, and hidden plazas like Plaza de los Naranjos, which dates back to the 15th century.
Seward
Seward is a coastal city at the head of Resurrection Bay on Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula. Mountains rise around the community, while its harbor opens toward the Gulf of Alaska. The city is an important gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park and a center for commercial fishing, marine transportation, and outdoor recreation. Seward also marks the southern terminus of the historic Iditarod Trail.
Iquitos
Although not accessible by road, it is Peru's most important commerical center in the east. It is on the Amazon which is wide enough to allow freighters at their busy port. The 1880's saw the rubber boom and recently oil has been the boom.
