Agrigento
Agrigento, located on the southern coast of Sicily, is a city steeped in history and renowned for its ancient Greek ruins. The crown jewel of Agrigento is the Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most spectacular archaeological sites in the Mediterranean. Visitors can marvel at the remarkably preserved Temple of Concordia, which dates back to the 5th century BC and is considered one of the best-preserved Greek temples in the world.
Nogales
Nogales is a border city in Santa Cruz County in southern Arizona, directly adjoining Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Its setting in the Santa Cruz River Valley gives the city a distinctive landscape of rolling hills, desert vegetation, and mountain ranges. As one of the principal border crossings between Arizona and Mexico, Nogales has long served as a center for trade, transportation, and cross-border commerce.
Llandudno
Llandudno has two beaches on either side of the town. The quieter West Shore with it's sandy beach has a view of the Conwy Estuary, Isle of Anglesy and Puffin Island, site of a Cistercian monastery. Spanning over two miles of the crescent bay is the North Shore. On the pier there are places of amusement including Professor Peabody's Playplace containing supervised activities for the children. On the opposite side is Craig-Y-Don, a paddling pool for the toddlers.
Weligama
Weligama is a coastal town in Sri Lanka’s Southern Province, centered on a broad, gently curving bay between Galle and Matara. The sheltered shape of Weligama Bay creates relatively manageable waves along much of the beach, making the town especially well known for beginner-friendly surfing. Fishing remains an important part of local life, with traditional boats operating from the shoreline and the surrounding coast still associated with stilt fishing. Exmouth
Exmouth is a great base from which to join one of the many fabulous eco-tourism tours around the area. Exmouth is situated on the northern tip of the North West Cape which offers a number of nearby attractions. There is also a fantastic swimming beach at Pebbley Beach.
